If you’re always replacing your tyres, there could be a wider underlying issue. Avoid scraping curbs or driving over potholes to preserve the condition of your tyres. Don’t put extra strain on them by carrying excessive weight in the boot either.
However, it could be a mechanical problem that’s limiting tyre life. Poor wheel alignment or wheel balancing or aging suspension are just some of the causes of excessive tyre wear. If you’re replacing tyres every 2-3 years, it could be that something else is wrong.
